Pyramiding names applies to the two primary names of God in the Torah. They are Elohim and Yahweh. These names are individually pyramided as I demonstrate below.
The system of pyramiding names totals are then added. Having God in whatever is measured makes reference to the primary unit of measure in antiquity, the megalithic yard of 2.72 feet. Mathematically derived, the megalithic yard becomes a repeated number as 2.72727272…feet; or (5 x 6)/ (5 + 6) expressed as 30/11. Incidentally, Plato called 272 the great number of harmony. John Michell explains this in his works as the wife of Cadmus was Harmonia and her gematria (ancient equation of letters and numbers) was 272. Cadmus was, alongside Perseus and Bellerophon, the greatest hero and slayer of monsters before the days of Heracles.[2] Cadmus later took as his wife Harmonia, daughter of the divinities Ares and Aphrodite
Elohim. Aleph = 1, alef + 30 for lamed = 31; then alef+ lamed + hei (5) = 36, nest alef + lamed + hei + yud(10) = 46; lastly we have alef + lamed + hei + yud + mem = 86. Add these pyramided numbers as 1 + 31+ 36 + 46 + 86 = 200. Then Yahweh is yud as 10; yud + hei as 15, yud + hei vav as 21; and yud + hei + vav+ hei as 26. Add these totalsa as 10 + 15 + 21 + 26 = 72. Finally add the two pyramided totals as 200 + 72 = 272. You arrive at the numbers of the classic megalithic yard, root for Hebrew andaslo the Greek word for “harmonia” all referre to by number 272 .
Yet 272 is found in other ways in Judaism. Future posts will deal with this subject.
